Eighteen-year-old Foster Candidate, Elsa Jean, has had a rough , and now that she’s of age, she’s finally found her Forever Home. We’ve warned her new Foster Parents, India Summer, and her husband, that Elsa has some social issues and will need to be re-introduced to the world as an adult woman. India and her husband promise to take care of the innocent girl, and when they discover that she often has nightmares, they allow her to join them in. Case filed by Social Services Agent TS.
